What happens to the body in space?
In space many things can happen to your body. Many people know that in space you are weightless because the lack of gravity. But there are so many other things that happen to you, that most people don't even know about. Firstly you can't walk which means no weight in your hips, legs and spine. This leads to bones break down and they are easier to be broken, as well as calcium loss. When it comes to the muscles they weaken because you aren't walking around to give them strength so in space you will get more injuries. Everyone knows that gravity pulls things down to the ground but in space there isn't any gravity so it is harder for your blood to get to your legs and feet. Which can cause numbness and lot's of pins and needles. Not everyone believes this, but according to NASA you do get taller in space.
